2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service, score and personalize outreach on your behalf, maintain security, communicate with you, and improve KeenMinds. We do not sell your data.

3. Lead data ownership

Leads you upload remain your data. We process them solely to deliver the KeenMinds service. You can export or delete your data from your workspace at any time.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

We share information only with vetted subprocessors (cloud hosting, email delivery, AI inference) under strict data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Report a security concern to security@thekeenminds.com.

6. Your rights
