By creating an account or using KeenMinds, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using KeenMinds on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KeenMinds to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications, violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL), or upload data you do not have the right to process.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can change or cancel your plan from your billing page at any time.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant KeenMinds a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep KeenMinds available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and incident notices are posted on our status page.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

KeenMinds is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeenMinds LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
